How long can I keep a dumpster for?
Our standard rental includes 5 days, from the date we drop the dumpster. For example, a dumpster dropped off Monday would be picked up Saturday. And a dumpster dropped off on a Friday would be Picked up Wednesday.
We do offer longer-term rentals with varying rates, just let us know what your project requires and we will figure out how to best meet your needs!
Can you deliver on short notice or after hours?
Yes! For many of our customers, we can provide after hours service to prevent disruption to businesses or your project and keep you moving along. We can also oftentimes schedule to provide last minute or even same day rentals. The best way is to give us a call or text with what you need and we will do everything we can to get you the solution you need ASAP!
What payment methods do you accept?
We strive to be the most flexible company to work with,
We can accept Credit/Debit cards, or ACH Transfers.
All this can be done easily through an invoice with your rental or over the phone. For more info give us a call and we can help in a way that works best for you. Rentals do need to be paid for at the time of booking.
How do I schedule?
You can use our contact form to fill out your job details and request a dumpster. If you need an existing dumpster picked up or would like to talk to a real person you can call or text us at any time at (971) 328-1596
When you call you never have to wait around or get transferred, you speak to one person who can schedule, bill, and provide general information or answer any questions. And don’t worry if you forget and need to schedule while you're away at work or simply can’t call just send us a text message and we will get you taken care of.
Do I need to be home when the dumpster is dropped off/picked up
Absolutely not! We take payment for the dumpster at time of placing your rental via credit/debit card and so there is no need to be home when the dumpster is being placed or picked up. Just let us know where you want it and we will make it happen in a stress-free way.
What items CAN NOT be placed inside a dumpster?
Any chemicals, Explosives, Flammable, Toxic, and Hazardous Materials or Electronics are strictly prohibited. Any items containing asbestos and hazardous chemicals are the most common items not allowed inside our dumpster rentals. However, we do offer solutions to pickup some of these items. If you have questions about how to properly dispose of anything please ask us!
